Didn't receive the OTP? Check spam/junk and ensure the email you entered is the registered one. Wait 2–5 minutes and request a new code if needed.
Entered code but still can't login? Ensure there are no extra spaces when pasting the code. Try a different browser or clear the browser cache, then attempt the flow again.
Account suspended or locked? If Paybis has flagged your account for security reasons or verification issues, follow the in-app instructions or contact Paybis support through their official site. Do not respond to unsolicited messages requesting codes or personal info.
Changed email or lost access? Paybis does not allow arbitrary switches of registered email without verification. If you’ve lost email access, prepare ID and proof-of-ownership documentation before reaching support.
